Rewards, loyalty and referral programme

At DiscountMyMobile, selected purchases and actions may earn rewards. You can see your balance and available benefits in your customer account.

How do I earn rewards?

Rewards are granted according to the offers active at the time of your order and the conditions displayed then. They are first pending after payment and are validated when the order reaches its planned processing status.

Using rewards

Once validated, rewards can be used as benefits or discounts under the programme conditions shown in your account. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Referral programme

You can recommend DiscountMyMobile to friends and family. When a referred customer meets the programme conditions and their order is validated, the applicable benefits are credited under the current offer. Your customer account lets you follow your referrals.

Cancellations and refunds

A reward linked to a cancelled, refunded or payment-error order may be cancelled or removed. Fraudulent or abusive use of the programme may result in removal of the benefits concerned.
