What are the delivery stages?

Once your purchase has been validated by our team, we prepare your parcel so that it reaches you quickly and in optimum condition. It all starts with our " Quality Team after that, we're off to our "home office" to work out the final details and check that everything's running smoothly. Then our " Packing Team "We'll take care of packing your item in the best possible conditions. All this to prevent damage to the item on its way to your door. Once the package has been properly packed, all your details are recorded to enable the carrier to deliver your order as you wish.

Please note that shipping costs depend on the product(s) you have selected. For all smartphone orders, packages are shipped exclusively by express via the carrier DHL. Smartphone prices are quoted EX DELIVERY. Concerning spare parts, , Screens, , accessories and products in the tools, the sale price includes the cost of postal delivery with tracking. You can choose registered or express delivery, which will incur an additional charge depending on your location and the value of your parcel.

	Express - Dpd Deliveries are made securely by the international carrier Dpd. Once your order has been prepared, it will be collected from our premises by the carrier. Once it has arrived in the country of destination, a deliveryman will come to your home to deliver your order against signature. 	Express - SpeedPost EMS Deliveries are made securely by the express service EMS Speedpost. Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be deposited at the post office against a tracking slip. Once it has arrived in the country of destination, it will be delivered to your address against signature by your letter carrier. 	Expedited - DHL Deliveries are made securely by the international carrier DHL. The Expedited means that the parcel is first handed over to a forwarder affiliated to DHL who will forward the parcel to them. Once your parcel is in the DHL, the parcel will be chartered to the country of destination and delivered to your address against signature.
