What are the delivery steps?

Once your purchase has been validated by our team, we prepare your package in order to send it very quickly and in optimal conditions. It all starts with our " Quality Team " who takes care of fine-tuning the last details and checking if everything is working normally. Then our " Packing Team " will take over to pack your item in the best conditions. All this to prevent it from suffering damage during its journey to your door. Once the package is packed properly, all your information is mentioned to allow the carrier to deliver to you as you wish.

It should be noted that the price of transport depends on the product(s) you have selected. For all smartphone orders, packages are shipped exclusively by express via the carrier DHL. The selling prices of smartphones are therefore mentioned EXCLUDING DELIVERY. About the detached pieces, , Screens, , accessories and products of the category tools, the sale price includes delivery costs by post with tracking. You can choose the recommended or express mode which causes an additional tariff and which depends on the geographical area in which you are located and the value of your parcel.

	Express - Dpd Deliveries are made securely by the international carrier Dpd. Your order, once prepared, will be collected from our premises by the carrier. Once you arrive in the country of destination, a delivery person will come to your home to deliver your order against signature. 	Express – SpeedPost EMS Deliveries are made securely by the express service EMS Speedpost. Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be deposited at the post office against a slip with tracking. Once arrived in the country of destination, it will be delivered to your address against signature by your postman. 	Expedited - DHL Deliveries are made securely by the international carrier DHL. The mode Expedited means that the package is first handed over to a freight forwarder affiliated with DHL who will take care of sending them the package. Once your package is in the network DHL, it will be chartered to the country of destination and will be delivered to your address against signature.
